Content Notice

  • By booking with GP Elite Mobile Detailing, you give us permission to take photos and videos of your vehicle for our portfolio and marketing purposes.

Booking Policy

  • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • Deposits go toward the total service cost.
  • Same-day appointments must be booked directly through text message or phone call.
  • Same-day bookings made through the website may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on availability.

Pricing Policy

  • Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, pet hair, stains, odors, sand, excessive dirt, or biohazards.
  • Additional services or excessive buildup may require additional charges discussed before service begins.

Vehicle Preparation

  • Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and weapons from the vehicle before your appointment.
  • Excessive personal items or heavily cluttered vehicles may result in an additional fee.
  • GP Elite Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Mobile Service Requirements

  • Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
  • Customers must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle location.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe weather conditions, hazardous environments, or areas with restricted access.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
  • We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules whenever possible.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.
  • GP Elite Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or emergencies.

Service Expectations

  • While we strive for the best possible results, some stains, scratches, odors, pet hair, or interior/exterior imperfections may not be fully removable.
  • We always communicate realistic expectations before beginning any service.
